This group was formed by retail investors getting tired of companies not putting up a better fight against having great stocks get manipulated or shorted for hedge fund profit.

The founders of ACTIVIST FORCE include top doctors and engineers from the best Universities in The United States of America.

Our first "activist force" effort is focused on the company ENDRA LIFE SCIENCES, INC. (NDRA, Nasdaq). Our goal is to help protect NDRA from stock market manipulation and to ensure company executives are taking all the right steps to build NDRA into the company we believe it deserves to be.

In order to join our group you MUST be a shareholder of NDRA with a minimum of 500 shares held, and your stated intent must be that of a long term shareholder of NDRA.

We will be communicating with the executive team of NDRA to help steer the company toward success and to protect NDRA shares from blatant hedge fund manipulation.

If our members total more than 50% of the outstanding shares, we will represent majority ownership of NDRA.
